Tour Operators and Travel Agents in the United Kingdom are subject to the provisions of The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. This legislation implements in the UK the provisions of the EC Directive on Package Travel No. 90/314/EEC. pre-payments are placed into a designated bank account at - Secondly, cover by an approved insurance policy. Our cover is provided by Bond Plus Protection and this insurance has three elements: - Financial
Protection in the event of the Tour Operator/Holiday - Repatriation Cover
in respect of additional travel and accommodation - Assistance - the
services of WORLDWIDE ASSISTANCE to
To summarise, all this means that in the unlikely event
of our insolvency whether it happens before your holiday
or during your holiday, you should not end up out of
pocket.
