I've just returned from a ski-trip with Oxford Brookes University.  We stayed at Mountain Lodge in Arosa (19-25 Jan) and I just wanted to say that your reps were absolutely brilliant and made our stay very comfortable there.  Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I think I can speak for everyone on the trip (and there were over 50 of us) in saying that we were very lucky to have the services of Claire, Olly, and I don't remember the name of the other person - but they were all fantastic.

Well done on having such a great team.
