I just thought I'd drop you a line on my own behalf to thank you very much indeed for a super week in Torgon and Les Diablerets!

I thought the difficulties with lack of snow were managed very well indeed and whilst it was not ideal to be bussed around, it was the only way to deal with the circumstances.  The snow conditions on the glacier were excellent so it was very worthwhile to endure the coach journeys.

The staff are really first class. I have been on many trips with other ski clubs and was very impressed with how the staff got stuck in when required, regardless of whether they were working or not. Gary was particularly helpful and diplomatic when the need arose. Some of us had ski lessons and I must say that the instructors were extremely good, the best vote though went to Matthias.

I do hope the snow descends soon to make the season easier for you at the Ski Company.
