I am writing to thank you and all your staff formally for yet another super week with The Ski Company in Torgon. After so many years of travelling with you it is difficult not to repeat the many superlatives that spring to mind when I think about the outstanding package that you offer and deliver to us every year. In fact, this year I feel that The Gold Test Centre is reaching new heights of service, comfort and luxury. The internal changes are inspired and offer variety and flexibility to school and adult groups alike.

I was impressed with the new skis and boots and we did not have a single boot problem over the week. Ski instruction was professional and clearly showed signs of Andre's influence.

I was also most impressed with the coach company and their drivers, Des and Paul, who offered a level of service as good as Clarkes at their very best.

Our children had a fantastic, safe and unforgettable week where they made great ski progress, accessed many areas of the ski area which was in excellent condition and left Torgon much the better for the experience - what more can a party leader ask for?

Finally, all of this is only possible because we are able to combine our experienced and dedicated staff with your company's very high standards which are set by yourself.

Thanks for everything Gerry, not just this winter but over many (!) years of knowing and working with you.
