Dear Gerry,

Many thanks yet again for organising another (at least our eighteenth) ski trip for us to Switzerland with 'The Ski Company'.

You made the whole process from start to finish very easy and any concern we had you were always available at the end of the phone to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

The Staff in Crans Montana this year were excellent. Our Rep Leigh was amazing, always enthusiastic and continually motivating us so that we had a wonderful time. Becky ( in charge at Crans Montana  ) was outstanding in every aspect of her work, always there for support and advice, we had a student with a serious injury and immediately she was with us and guided us through all the processes from hospital to home to insurance, where she gets her energy from I would like to know as she seemed to be on duty 24/7.

As always our students have returned buzzing with enthusiasm and constantly asking 'how do we book for next year?'

On behalf of us all, many thanks for a wonderful week. You even arranged for the sun to shine the whole time.
